Delivery and Returns

Our Delivery Service is fast and hassle free.

All orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days. We deliver Via Royal Mail and use their 1st Class Business Post service. Royal Mail 1st Class is not a time guaranteed service however Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1-2 days.

Should you require your garments quicker or would like a signed for service we can send via Recorded or Special Delivery (Please note these are chargeable services).

We always recommend that you place your order a couple of weeks in advance just in case you need to exchange your garment or for any unforeseen problems.

If your order has not arrived in reasonable time please contact us, we are always happy to help. Our telephone lines are open Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Fridays 8.30am - 4pm. Should you require help on a Saturday or Sunday please use our Contact Us section and fill out your enquiry. Emails are answered within 24 hours.

International Delivery

Royal Mail - International Signed For is used for delivery overseas. Please note the delivery charge will increase with the amount of garments purchased. Delivery charges include handling and packaging fees. We advise you to group your items into one order. If a destination is not listed to which you require delivery please contact us. Exchange or Return Policy

Should you garment be too big or small (for example) we fully understand that you would need to exchange your item. Please be assured that this is a simple, easy and hassle free service. Please read "How to Exchange or Return" at the bottom of the page.

When you post back the item please ensure that you gain a proof of delivery from your chosen postal carrier as we cannot be held responsible for items on their way back to us. When we receive your item your Exchange or return will be processed and inspected on the same day as receipt. Therefore if you are exchanging, your replacement item will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. If you have sent back an item for a refund we will ensure that your monies will be processed the same day as receiving your item.

How to Exchange or Return

It could not be easier! Simply return your item in its original packing to the returns address (located on your delivery label or at the bottom of your invoice) within 21 days of purchase. Include the invoice that we send out with the garment to let us know the reason for your return or the details of the new size requirement. Without this information we may not be able to locate your details and as such will hinder the processing time.

All items returned must be smoke and odour free, be unworn and in their original packaging. This includes the hangers, tags, labels and plastic protective covering.

Promotion and Discount Codes

If you return an order that has been purchased with a discount code applied, the amount refunded will be subject to the minimum spend of the discount code. This means that if the items returned bring the remaining total below the minimum spend of the discount code then the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund. For example, a £5 discount (with a minimum threshold spend of £50 – excluding the delivery charge) will be removed if the returned product(s) brings the total order value below £50.
